Pinfire Guns for Sale
Welcome to my pinfire guns for sale page, featuring a growing selection of 19th-century pinfire firearms from Europe and beyond. The pinfire ignition system, widely used from the mid-1800s through the late 19th century, produced an extraordinary range of arms including pinfire revolvers, pinfire pistols, and pinfire shotguns in many calibers and gauges.
Pinfire guns were made in everything from tiny novelties to serious military and sporting arms. Small 2mm and 5mm pinfire pieces were often sold as curios or discreet personal arms. The widely produced 7mm and 9mm pinfire revolvers became some of the most common handguns in Europe during the 1800s. Larger 12mm pinfire revolvers saw military use across much of the world, while big-bore 15mm pinfire pistols served as powerful defensive arms for rural and agricultural use.
This page will continue to expand as I acquire additional pinfire guns from around the world, so check back often for newly listed pieces.
Be sure to also visit the pinfire cartridges for sale section. Pinfire firearms and their cartridges are inseparable, and a display is far more complete when both are present.
